Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sourcing and Vendor Management:

Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluate offers, and negotiate contract terms.

Order Management:

Enter order details into internal databases, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.

Quality Assurance:

Review the quality of purchased products and ensure they meet specifications.

Cost Analysis and Reporting:

Prepare purchase reports, including cost analyses, and monitor stock levels to place orders as needed.

Inventory Management:

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and maintain accurate records of purchased products.

Supplier Relations:

Interact with suppliers on a day-to-day basis, manage relationships, and address any issues.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
