Roles and Responsiblities

A Diagnostic Purchase Executive's job is to source and procure diagnostic supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.

Supplier Sourcing and Management:

Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers of diagnostic supplies, equipment, and services. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Procurement Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement procurement strategies for diagnostic materials. Manage purchase orders, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery. Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and compliance of purchased diagnostic supplies and equipment. Perform quality checks and inspections.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with internal departments (e.g., labs, medical teams) to understand their needs. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information. Generate reports on procurement performance.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
