Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing:

Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery criteria.

Negotiation:

Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.

Material Management:

Managing inventory levels and ensuring the availability of materials when needed.

Supplier Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.

Quality Assurance:

Ensuring that materials and equipment meet required quality standards.

Cost Optimization:

Developing and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.

Collaboration:

Working closely with various teams to understand material requirements and project needs.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation.
