Job Description

Analyzing market scenario and customers schedule in order to assess present and future raw/packing material requirement. Responsible for purchase of all type of maintenance related purchase like (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic/Consumable) as per requirement of Pharma/Packaging Plant. Responsible for purchase of all type of consumable related purchase like housekeeping/stationary/Printer's ink make-up wash,spare. Responsible for purchase of all type of QC chemical/glassware/column/instrument. Coordinate between supplier and user to get good quality of material as per their need. Negotiable price and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarder. Prepare price trend chart/Comparative statement to facilitate decision-making. Responsible for all type of RM/PM purchase related to packaging plant (Offset/Lamitube/Injection Moulding) like duplex board/moulded component/Laminate/ink/varnish/plastic polymer. Planning logistics for RM/PM and follow up for same. Regular follow-up with all supplier and transporter) for right time availability of material. Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. Proper Coordination with all suppliers to discuss production forecasts or changes. Vendor Development for matching the need of organization. Monitoring and reviewing minimum and maximum stock level for all type of inventory like RM/PM & consumable as per lead time of material availability. Coordinate with finance department for vendors payment,and new taxation related query.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
