Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Purchase Executive

to manage the procurement of raw materials, furniture fittings, laminates, hardware, veneers, and other components required for interior manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of interior production materials, vendor management, cost optimization, and timely procurement to support production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

:

Procurement Planning

: Analyze project requirements and plan purchases to meet production schedules without delays.

Vendor Management

: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, negotiate pricing and delivery terms.

Material Sourcing

: Source materials such as plywood, laminates, MDF, hardware, acrylic, lighting, and modular furniture components.

Cost Negotiation

: Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.

Purchase Orders

: Prepare and issue purchase orders; follow up for timely delivery and quality compliance.

Inventory Coordination

: Work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to track stock levels and ensure optimal inventory management.

Documentation

: Maintain proper documentation for audits, order tracking, delivery challans, and invoice processing.

Market Research

: Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and vendors to maintain a cost-effective procurement strategy.

ERP/Software Proficiency

: Use procurement and inventory management software for order processing and tracking (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP systems).

Requirements

:

Education

: Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or degree in supply chain or procurement is a plus.

Experience

: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the interior design/manufacturing industry.

Industry Knowledge

: Deep understanding of interior manufacturing materials and suppliers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
