Job Description

:
1. Manage the complete procurement cycle from requisition to delivery for manufacturing operations.
2. Develop, evaluate, and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.
3. Negotiate contracts, prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
4. Ensure on-time delivery of raw materials, sheet metals, and components to support production deadlines.
5. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
6. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align material requirements with manufacturing needs.
7. Analyze supplier performance, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
8. Track market trends in raw materials and ensure cost-effective procurement strategies.
9. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor agreements.
10. Support management with monthly procurement reports and cost analysis.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
2. Experience in the Sheet Metal Manufacturing industry is a plus (CNC, Hydraulic Press Brake, Shearing, Plate Rolling, Power Press, etc.)

Skills Required:
1. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Ability to analyse market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
5. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, sheet metal materials, and machining components is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
