Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality.
Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain purchase records.
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand material requirements.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
Track material lead times, delays, and escalate issues when needed.
Vendor relationship management and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Review invoices and support accounts team for GRN, billing, and payment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in purchase/procurement (interior or construction industry preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of interior materials, hardware, and vendors (added advantage).
Proficient in MS Excel, purchase software, and documentation.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
