About the Role:

We are looking for a

Purchase Executive

to oversee the end-to-end procurement process for our architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for material sourcing, vendor coordination, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of all project-related materials to maintain seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings as per approved project specifications. Source and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery to project sites. Maintain up-to-date records of purchase orders, vendor details, and inventory levels. Collaborate closely with design, project management, and site teams to align material availability with project timelines. Verify vendor invoices, coordinate with accounts for payment processing, and track payment status. Research and identify new vendors, products, and market trends to enhance procurement quality and efficiency. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma in Interior Design / Civil preferred). 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the architecture, interior, or construction industry. Sound knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes. Strong negotiation, costing, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of ERP or inventory systems preferred. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
