Job Title:-

Sr. Purchase Executive - Planning

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with vendors for solar components like solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, electrical items, etc.

Prepare purchase orders, evaluate quotations, and finalize suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and develop new vendor networks. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in all purchase transactions. Coordinate with the engineering, project, and logistics teams for timely material planning and delivery. Track inventory and ensure proper documentation and database management of all procurement transactions. Monitor market trends and prices to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality. Handle purchase-related documentation such as PO, GRN, invoice verification, and payment follow-ups. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the solar or power sector. Strong knowledge of solar EPC materials and vendor ecosystem. Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation processes.

Skills Required:

Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and vendor management. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
