Job Description

We are a leading manufacturer serving for last two decades in custom built low & medium voltage switchgear and control gear panels including Compact Sub Station, LT Panels etc.

The company is supported by a dedicated team working on multiple fronts at our manufacturing unit situated at Asoj, Vadodara.

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for

a Purchase Executive

.

The candidate residing in nearby area like Halol, Baska etc. shall be given preference.

Proficiency in Computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Tally Prime is mandatory

The indicative job requirements are as under:

1) Preparation of System Generated Purchase orders for the Material Requisitions received from various Departments.

2) Follow up of the material against the Purchase Orders issued for early dispatch of the Material

3) Keeping track of the Open Purchase orders and sending MIS on daily basis with respect to Open Purchase Orders as on date along with reasons thereof.

4) Preparation of System generated GRN of the Material Received on daily basis.

5) In case of any short damaged material, follow up with the Supplier so that action regarding replacement/ Replenishment/ Recovery is taken.

6) Checking of Bills and Supporting Documents and Handing over to Accounts Department for Payment /Adjustment.

7) Keeping record of the Purchase Orders and related documents.

8) Keeping track of the Shortfall of material as per Daily Low stock Report/periodic Stock review meetings and taking action for procurement.

8) Updating of ISO documentation

9) Other related Day to day Purchase activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
