Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for company operations. The role ensures cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and quality compliance while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities. Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Accounts, Stores, etc.) for material requirements and stock planning. Ensure that all materials meet company quality standards before approval. Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed. Prepare purchase reports and track budget utilization. Assist in vendor audits, supplier evaluation, and maintaining approved vendor lists. Handle import or logistics coordination if required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management 2-4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry)

Pay: ₹10,405.29 - ₹38,923.98 per month
