Job Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for furniture, decor, and interior products.
Procurement Process:
Handle end-to-end procurement, including order placement, follow-ups, and timely deliveries.
Negotiation & Cost Control:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
Inventory Coordination:
Work closely with the operations team to track stock levels and forecast purchasing needs.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality standards and compliance regulations.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and alternative sourcing options.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor agreements, and pricing details.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
6 month in procurement or purchase, preferably in the furniture, interior, or sourcing industry.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and procurement cycles efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or procurement software.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
