Oversee inventory checks and coordinate the replenishment of stock as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, payments, and stock received.
Participate in product launches, industry events, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends.
Assess and shortlist potential vendors based on quality, reliability, and pricing.
Analyze supplier proposals and compare offers to ensure the best value.
Prepare procurement reports, including cost analysis and vendor performance reviews.
Track stock levels and place orders in a timely manner to avoid shortages or overstock.
Ensure all stock is properly packaged and delivered to the right locations efficiently.
Work closely with logistics teams to follow up on delayed shipments or rescheduled orders.
Attend industry trade shows and vendor locations to explore new supply opportunities.
Continuously evaluate supplier performance to maintain quality and efficiency in procurement operations.
