We are seeking a

Purchase Executive

to manage the end-to-end procurement process for our architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, material sourcing, cost control, and timely delivery of materials to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the procurement of all project-related materials, finishes, and furniture as per approved specifications. Obtain quotations, evaluate vendors, and negotiate terms for quality and cost efficiency. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor details, and inventory levels. Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure material requirements are met within project timelines. Track and verify vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payment processing. Identify new vendors, materials, and market trends to enhance procurement efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field (Diploma in Interior Design / Civil preferred). 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the architecture, interior, or construction industry. Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or inventory management systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
