Job Overview:

The Inside Purchase Executive is responsible for supporting the procurement process by managing and executing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that the organization receives timely and cost-effective goods and services. This role is focused on handling internal procurement tasks, facilitating smooth order processing, and maintaining a consistent supply of materials.

Purchase Order Management Supplier Communication Inventory Management Internal Stakeholder Coordination Quality Assurance Document Management Price Comparisons and Negotiation Delivery Tracking and Follow-Up

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. FEMAL Candidate only Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a similar industry. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with vendors. Good understanding of inventory management and procurement processes. Proficiency in MS Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
