Role Summary:

We are looking for a smart and organized fresher to join our purchase team. The candidate will assist in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and maintaining records for procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and vendor communication Collect quotations and help prepare purchase orders Follow up on deliveries and maintain records Coordinate with accounts and stores for billing and receipts

Requirements:

Graduate (B.Com/BBA/Any relevant field) Good communication & Excel skills Willingness to learn and grow in procurement
