Purchase Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end procurement activities

for solar projects (modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS items, etc.) Coordinate with

vendors, suppliers, and internal departments

for purchase requirements Prepare and process

Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO)

, and follow-ups Maintain

vendor database

, comparative statements (CS), and price negotiations Ensure

timely delivery of materials

as per project schedules Coordinate with

project, store, accounts, and site teams

Verify

invoices, GRN, and supporting documents

for accounts processing Track

material consumption, pending orders, and stock status

Maintain proper

purchase records, MIS, and documentation

Support office coordination tasks and inter-department communication Ensure compliance with

company procurement policies

and procedures

Required Skills & Competencies:

Experience in

solar industry procurement

is mandatory Strong knowledge of

solar materials & vendors

Good coordination and communication skills Proficient in

MS Excel, Word, Email, and ERP systems

Ability to handle

multiple tasks and follow-ups

Good negotiation and documentation skills
