About the Role

Spaceki Design LLP is hiring a proactive Purchase Executive to manage material

procurement for Glazing industry. The ideal candidate will handle vendor sourcing,

negotiation, and coordination -- especially with local suppliers -- ensuring timely and cost-

effective purchases for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

? Source and procure facade and aluminium system materials.

? Maintain vendor database and develop new supplier relationships.

? Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

? Coordinate with the design, project, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.

? Track material inventory and manage purchase orders.

? Ensure documentation, billing, and GRN compliance.

? Communicate effectively with local vendors in regional language for quick

resolutions and better coordination.

Requirements

? 2-4 years of purchase experience in facade / glazing / construction /

manufacturing industry.

? Strong command over Kannada/ Hindi/ English (other South Indian languages a

plus).

? Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

? Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and purchase documentation.

? Diploma / Degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Engineering preferred.
