Job Summary :
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for procuring electronic components and materials from local and international vendors, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability of stock.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.
Source and purchase electronic components, sensors, ICs, and modules.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines.
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.
Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels.
Keep track of market trends and new product availability.
Ensure components meet required specifications and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing electronic components.
Strong knowledge of basic electronic parts and modules.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple suppliers efficiently.
Education:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and performance.
