. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, controlling costs, and helping the company bring in new clients or business opportunities.
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Ensure materials meet quality standards and company requirements.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any supply issues.
Track procurement KPIs, cost savings, and vendor performance.
Business Development Duties:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
Promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Meet monthly/quarterly business targets assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
purchase, procurement, or supply chain

Experience or interest in
business development / sales

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
