We are looking for a

Purchase Executive

(MALE)

with strong coordination, analytical, and supply chain management skills to support our procurement operations and ensure smooth material flow for production.

Diploma / Degree / Graduation

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (First Saturday Off)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and follow up with suppliers for orders and update ETA & ETD in the software. Conduct BOM (Bill of Materials) analysis, track shortages, and carry out inventory analysis based on projections and order confirmations. Arrange for timely procurement of Packaging Materials (PM) as per order requirements. Ensure timely delivery of materials at the plant. Coordinate with Production and Line teams to ensure timely production aligned with buyer requirements. Collaborate with teams for on-time dispatch and delivery of material to supplier sites. Generate and manage various data related to PM status, order progress, Daily Production Reports (DPR), and dispatch status.
