Job Description

Source and procure raw materials, components, and other supplies required for fire door manufacturing. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain vendor relationships. Prepare and issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and maintain optimum inventory levels. Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective procurement. Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts. Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications of fire door materials. Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and invoices in coordination with vendors and internal teams. Assist in planning procurement budgets and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
