Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Procurement:

Identifying and sourcing high-quality food and beverage products, kitchen supplies, and other necessary items.

Vendor Management:

Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely reordering, and preventing stockouts.

Quality Control:

Evaluating and approving supplier quality standards and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Cost Management:

Negotiating prices, tracking expenses, and managing the procurement budget.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate purchase records, reports, and other relevant documentation.

Coordination:

Working closely with other departments, such as the kitchen, finance, and management, to understand their procurement needs.

Compliance:

Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
