Job Summary:

Valeur Fabtex Pvt. Ltd., a leading NSDC-accredited vocational training partner, is seeking a motivated

Purchase Executive (Male)

to join our Procurement Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in vendor management, procurement planning, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers for quality materials and services. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clear communication of product requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement processes.

Key Skills Required:

Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory software Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple vendors and projects simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate (Any discipline); a diploma in supply chain management is a plus

Experience:

1-3 years in a similar procurement or purchase role
