Job Description

Bachelor's degree in any stream. Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. At least 3 - 4 years of experience. Strong knowledge of IT hardware components, brands, and market pricing. Should be familiar with products like laptop, desktop, printer, server, router, switches, AP, CCTV Cameras, Intrusion alarm systems, EPABX, boom barriers etc. Should have excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple purchase requirements efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to maintain records and share reports. Should be able Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for IT hardware and peripherals. Should be able to Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement. Should be able to Manage purchase orders, vendor agreements, and ensure timely order fulfilment. Should be able to Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sourcing opportunities. Follow-up vendor's payment with accounts team Create RMA of new purchase items for replacement and update the warranty according to purchase date ERP software knowledge
