Experience Required : Minimum 1 year experience in Interior field
Knowledge about materials of interior items.
Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) based on project requirements.
Prepare supplier quotations, and finalize pricing and payment terms.
Calculate the wages for workers.
Overall management of the office.
Monitor and track material deliveries to project sites in coordination with the project team.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and vendor databases.
Work closely with the design and project management teams to understand material specifications.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, lead times, and budget constraints.
Resolve supply issues, including delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Familiarity with interior fit-out materials, vendors, and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
