Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for execution of overall Souring, Purchasing & Inventory Control of all types of Capex required for day-to-day Operations by developing vendor/supplier as per the schedule.
- We are looking for a candidate for the profile of Purchase Executive
- Trims, Accessories sourcing, buying goods materials
- Tracking deliveries of goods and services to ensure timely delivery.
- Researching and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to companys SOP.
- Maintain database - update and file all material requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders as per companys SOP.
- Identify and implement cost savings projects which meet or exceed company objectives while ensuring reliable support.
- Negotiate, interact and Generate PO to Suppliers and ensure timely supply of materials, Identify & Develop new quality suppliers to reduce cost
