Purchase Executive
Job Description
IT equipment, software, and services for an organization. They work closely with the IT department, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and cost-effective purchase of technology products and solutions. The IT Purchase Executive also plays a key role in negotiating contracts, analyzing pricing, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Procurement Planning. \xc2\xb7 Supplier Management. \xc2\xb7 Purchase Process. \xc2\xb7 Budget and Cost Control. \xc2\xb7 Market Research and Product Evaluation. \xc2\xb7 Documentation and Reporting. \xc2\xb7 Internal Inventory Audit(It should be stock take) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in IT, or a related field (preferred). \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in IT procurement, purchasing, or vendor management. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of IT products, equipment, and software. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier evaluation. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and negotiation skills. \xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using procurement software and tools. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb939,000.00 per month Schedule:
