1. To work in close coordination with Reporting Manager.
2. To float enquiries to the vendors.
3. To make comparative statements of received quotations / offers.
4. To generate the Work order, Purchase Order and AMC .
5. To prepare document for creating new item, vendors.
6. Field work related to purchase.
7. To update and maintain the MIS reports and documents.
8. New vendor development.
9. Any other work as assigned by Reporting Manager time to time.
