We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Purchase Executive Responsible for procurement of

solar EPC BOM materials

ensuring timely availability, cost effectiveness, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Procure solar EPC BOM items such as

modules, inverters, MMS, DC/AC cables, SCB, AJB, earthing materials, panels, transformers, BOS items

. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors. Prepare

comparative statements (CS)

and issue

purchase orders (POs)

. Coordinate with projects, engineering, stores, and logistics teams for timely delivery. Ensure material compliance with approved makes and technical specifications. Maintain purchase records, invoices, GRNs, warranties, and test certificates. Monitor material cost, delivery schedules, and inventory status. Resolve issues related to material shortages, damages, or delays.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / Graduate (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)

4-5years

' experience in

Solar EPC / Electrical Projects procurement

Industry Preference

Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Power Projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
