Brief / key responsibilities :
Independently working for Regular Monitoring & arranging of BOP (Bought Out Parts) Parts as per requirement.
Knowledge of BOP development / Die & Moulds development.
Basic Knowledge of Imports.
Knowledge of Market cost analysis for Commodities items.
Knowledge of managing local transporter / Logistics / Contract Management
Procurement of Paint / Primer & Packaging items.
Focus to Price Reduction On Regular/Monthly BOP Requirement of Materials & Knowledge of VA/VE activity (Cost Reduction)
Enquiry Process for New Required Items, Get Quotation & do comparison in line with technical specs.
Make All Job work/Labour work Related Service P.O. for Tool room, HR, Maint.,Production & Project Related.
Daily Follow-up with Supplier For Pending Material & Review Weekly Pending P.O. Report
Good Computer working knowledge (Excel, PPT)
Responsibility to make daily & monthly MIS for KRA review.
Track Online for Materials in transit & Contact With Transporter Or LR No Tracking Online.
Knowledge of IATF 16949/OHSAS/ISO 14001 Procedures.
