Issue and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality departments for technical clarifications.
Monitor supplier performance and develop alternate vendor sources where needed.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and cost histories.
Support cost reduction initiatives through effective sourcing strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and quality standards.
Resolve supply issues and handle claims related to quality or delivery.
