Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Purchase Manager

(Female Candidate Only) with a minimum of

10 years of relevant experience

. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end procurement, vendor development, material planning, and ensure timely availability of materials for our

Pashan residential project

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective project-based purchasing strategies. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to the Pashan project site. Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance. Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and finance departments for material planning. Ensure all procured materials meet required technical and quality standards. Analyze market trends, pricing, and optimize procurement costs. Maintain accurate documentation, purchase records, and contract files. Track inventory levels and create procurement schedules as per project timelines. Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, billing, or payments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration / Engineering or related field. Minimum

10 years of experience

in procurement or purchase management, preferably in residential projects. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills. Knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and ERP systems. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
