Purchase Executive

for one of the

Industrial Filter manufacturing

at

Ahmedabad

location.

:-

1.

Supplier Identification and Relationship Management:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of raw materials, components, machinery, and services pertinent to industrial filter manufacturing.

2.

Procurement Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with production and inventory teams to forecast material requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly.

3.

Cost Analysis and Negotiation:

Conduct cost analysis of materials and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions.

4.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Ensure that procured materials and components meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements.

5.

Inventory Management:

Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock outs, and reduce excess inventory holding costs.

6.

Supply Chain Optimization:

Continuously assess and optimize the supply chain for efficiency, reliability, and resilience.

7.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
