: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE Mechanical
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, components and services required for manufacturing automation, instrumentation, and machinery systems.
Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards.
Maintain vendor database, track vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to match procurement with project requirements and production schedules.
Maintain inventory records, forecast material requirements and avoid shortages.
Ensure procurement documentation, purchase orders, and compliance with internal quality and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualities
Strong knowledge of mechanical components, industrial automation, and instrumentation parts.
Good negotiation, vendor management and cost?control skills.
Ability to read engineering drawings / specifications to match required parts.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate among procurement, engineering, and production teams.
Proficient in maintaining records, following procurement processes, and ensuring timely supply chain flows.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
