Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the procurement of consumer items and machine components.
• Utilize ERP systems to track orders, manage inventory, and streamline procurement processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms to secure the best deals and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand purchasing needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory transactions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 4 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of consumer item purchasing processes and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage procurement processes effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
