Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ordering electronics parts like PCBA, Harness assembly, camera, Battery, Electronic components other bought out items.
• Making PR for request received from internal stakeholders on Jira and SAP.
• Making PO for PR created for R&D, site ops and other team on Jira and SAP.
• Getting vendor registration documents from new supplier and register them in SAP.
• Placing order to supplier for electronics items includes import and domestic supplier.
• Order acknowledgement and ensure timely delivery of materials at Unbox Robotics.
• Resolution of any issues during the GRN or receipt of materials in SAP.
• Coordinating with finance team for timely payment to supplier include import and domestic.
• Working with logistics team to get shipments from import suppler and provide required documents.
• Work with supplier for rejection and replace the part on priority.
• Taking care of rejected material working with supplier quality team.

Requirements:

• Good communication skill
• Knowledge of MS excel, SAP
• Excellent knowledge of ordering electronics components preferably harness and PCB assembly
