# Ensure products and services meet quality expectations, are on time and are in accordance with the customer needs# Develop and grow new relationships with suppliers# Implement the proper metrics, SLAs, and measurements to drive and document improvements and provide routine and ad hoc reporting as needed.# Ensure supplier diversity requirements are met for off-program spend# Interface with Accounts Payable to ensure a smooth and consistent end-to-end procure to pay process# Develop continuous training required to keep team apprised of business situations as they affect Procurement policy.# Purchase process co-ordination - they will manage and implement the purchasing process for all technology related expenses using the relevant system.# Vendor management - this employee will maintain sound working relationships with vendors to ensure responsive service and timely resolution of all issues.# Asset and order tracking - the Procurement Administrator will track assets and orders and provide regular tracking reports and status updates on orders# Cost management - these employees create spend forecasts and then monitor these against the actual spend.
