Preferred candidate should have experience in Purchase and Stores with minimum experience of 4 to 5 years. Candidate should have knowledge of MS Excel and Tally Prime.
Education Qualification - Any graduate (Engineering Background will be added advantage.)
Purchasing:
Identifying and sourcing reliable suppliers for goods and services.
Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors.
Processing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Stores Management:
Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and movements.
Ensuring proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage.
Conducting regular stock audits to reconcile physical and recorded inventories.
Coordination: Collaborating with other departments to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on purchasing activities, inventory status, and supplier performance.
