About the Role:

We are looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Supervisor to oversee procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to ensure the timely procurement of materials.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for cost-effective purchasing.
Oversee logistics and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
Coordinate with internal departments to align purchasing with production requirements.
Ensure timely import/export documentation and compliance with regulations.
Monitor and track shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory reports.
Implement process improvements for greater supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain supervision.
Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or supply chain software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
