Job Summary:


We are seeking a Purchase Coordinator to handle procurement and back-end operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory management, along with strong skills in Excel and Tally.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage purchase orders and material indents Source and negotiate with suppliers/vendors Maintain records in Tally and prepare reports in Excel Coordinate with site and accounts teams for timely deliveries and payments Track inventory and material status

Requirements:



Graduate in Commerce/Business or related field 2-3 years' experience in purchasing (construction preferred) Proficient in MS Excel and Tally ERP Good communication and organizational skills
