Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of a Purchase Coordinator in Ideal Decor



Procurement Management



Source and procure furniture, decorative items, materials, and accessories based on design team requirements. Ensure purchases align with project budgets and timelines. Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination



Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors. Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness. Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.

Inventory & Stock Control



Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records for all decor items and materials. Organize storage areas to ensure easy access and safe handling of items.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain purchase records, supplier invoices, and delivery documentation. Prepare regular procurement reports for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procurement requirements.

Logistics & Delivery Management



Manage transportation and logistics for ordered items. Track shipments and handle import/export documentation if applicable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
