Coordinate and manage procurement of materials required for construction projects.
Liaise with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain and update purchase records and inventory.
Work closely with project and site teams to ensure materials meet quality standards.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Prepare purchase orders, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchase coordination in the
construction industry
.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of local suppliers and material rates.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP tools is a plus.
