PURCHASE COORDINATOR

About Us

Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company providing high-quality solar and battery solutions across Kerala. We are looking for an experienced Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement and ensure smooth material flow for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle procurement of solar panels, inverters, batteries, electrical components, and other project materials. Identify and evaluate vendors, request quotations, and negotiate pricing. Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and all related documentation. Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites and warehouses. Coordinate with technical, project, and warehouse teams for material planning. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Ensure all materials meet company quality and technical standards.
Candidate Requirements

Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline. Experience:

2 to 4 years

, preferably in

solar or battery procurement

. Good understanding of solar components, electrical items, and battery technologies. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory management tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
