Job Description

Primary responsibilities

Order processing

: Review purchase requisitions from various departments and process accurate and timely purchase orders.

Supplier management

: Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

Inventory control

: Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.

Delivery tracking

: Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules to ensure goods and services arrive on time. Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.

Cost analysis

: Conduct market research and compare quotes from different suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Record keeping

: Maintain accurate and updated purchasing records, files, and data in the company's systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

75% (Required)
