We are seeking a

Purchase Coordinator

with a

civil engineering background

and experience in the

building construction industry

. The ideal male candidate should be fluent in

Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil

, and possess strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes. The role involves coordinating and managing material purchases to support ongoing construction projects efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of construction-related materials and services. Identify and communicate with suppliers for quotations and negotiations. Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with project teams and site engineers to understand material needs. Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier details, and pricing. Ensure all materials purchased meet required specifications and quality standards. Assist in budget planning and cost control related to procurement. Resolve any issues or delays related to material supply or vendor performance.

Candidate Requirements:

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience

: Minimum 2 years in a purchasing role within the

building construction

field

Languages

: Must be fluent in

Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil

(spoken)

Skills

: Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

Technical Knowledge

: Familiarity with construction materials and procurement practices

Location

: Willing to

relocate to Bangalore.

Must Have two-wheeler and valid license.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
