Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, PPT
Assist in day-to-day coordination of project tasks and timelines.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery of materials.
Follow up with transporters and vendors for dispatches and delivery updates.
Handle local language communication (Kannada) with logistics personnel as needed.
Prepare Delivery Challans (DCs), Quotations, and related documents and get the acknowledgment.
Maintain records of dispatch, inward/outward materials.
Track delivery schedules and share regular updates with the team.
Use Excel efficiently for project tracking, reporting, and data management.
.Manage stock registers and update delivery status sheets.
Support the sales/accounts team by preparing required documents for clients.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, tables, basic formulas).
Good documentation and email writing skills.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors based on approved requirements.
After receiving the vendor's purchase bill, cross-check with PO and Once the material is delivered, physically verify.
