Job Description


Purchase CoordinatorWork Location- Delhi, HO

  • Collect information and required documents from purchase team to prepare purchase orders
  • Making of purchase order, releasing and coordinating with plant for delivery status.
  • Track order status and coordinate with vendor wherever gap in delivery period
  • Coordinating with vendor to resolve PO and other issues
  • Circulation of MIS to stakeholders in respect of PR / Indenting
  • Prepare set of purchase documents and handover to finance
  • Follow-up with finance team for timely payment
  • Prepare purchase MIS / cost comparison, supplier performance report and other data to help purchase team in price negotiation.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of purchase orders, invoices, supplier agreements, and correspondence
  • Ensure data accuracy and organization for easy retrieval and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Graduation and Above.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement software (ERP-Navision / Business Central).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and vendor management best practices.
