Shri Anand Poly, a leading name in the flexible packaging manufacturing industry, is looking for a Purchase Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon.

The Purchase Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the company's procurement activities efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating with vendors for timely purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables Maintaining purchase records, order tracking, and inventory updates Comparing quotations, negotiating prices, and preparing purchase orders Liaising with production, stores, and accounts departments for smooth workflow Ensuring timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays Monitoring vendor performance and maintaining strong supplier relationships Handling GRN, invoice checking, and documentation related to purchases
Requirements:

Graduate or relevant qualification Experience in purchase or procurement (preferably in manufacturing/flexible packaging) Good communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of Excel and basic ERP systems
