Purchase Coordinator: (Female)



Roles and Responsibilities:



Procurement Support

- Assist the purchasing or procurement department in acquiring the goods, materials, and services required by the company.

Vendor Coordination

- Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal departments to ensure effective communication and efficient order processing.

Documentation & Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and delivery documents.

Order Management

- Prepare and process purchase orders, follow up on approvals, and track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

Price & Quotation Management

- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Required Skills:



Good negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools) Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management Proficiency in MS Excel and data management Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Salary based skill & experience.
